License For Using Digital Art

Buying Art 

Once a customer purchases digital art from Cobwebs Of The Mind, they are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the artwork in both personal and commercial compositions, blog posts, and writing. This includes the right to reproduce, modify, and display the artwork as part of their own creative works, including commercial projects. However, the customer must provide appropriate attribution, acknowledging that the original artwork is from Cobwebs Of The Mind.

The official copyright definition for this arrangement is as follows:

"The artist retains all copyrights to the original artwork. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the artwork for both personal and commercial purposes, including incorporation into their own creative works, provided that proper attribution is given to Cobwebs Of The Mind as the original source of the artwork. This license does not allow the customer to resell or redistribute the original artwork as a standalone product."

Without all the formal documents within the store, some policies in this document are written out in very straightforward terms.

• All works here are the sole creation of Ted W. Gross and maintain the Copyright © 2024, All Rights Reserved.
• All copyright and reproduction rights are reserved by the Artist. 
• You, the purchaser, has the right to print or reproduce the art for your own pleasure.
• You cannot resell the art on any commercial Web site or via any physical or electronic means.
• The size and definition that will be delivered to your email once payment is approved are clearly stated on every item page.
• You will find my signature at the bottom right of every Digital Artwork. This is very small.
• Please remember what you view on the site is a watermarked version of the Digital Art with some of its quality reduced. This is to prevent thievery.

Special Requests:

If you have a special request to produce art, the following is important to know:

• You should be fairly clear about what you want to see in the art unless you leave it entirely up to me.
• Prices will be finalized, and 50% is due upfront, while the final payment will be made after I deliver 1 jpg of the art to you. After payment is confirmed, you will receive the entire set.
• If, for whatever reason, you want larger sizes than are available in the set, the cost of up to 8000 * 8000 in a square image will be $30 USD per size.

What cannot do with the art:

• You cannot resell it on any electronic device, Web site, or social media account.
• You cannot change the original art in any form, electronic or any other form.
• You cannot remove my signature from the bottom right-hand side by means of any software program or in any other manner.
