"Separated By Oceans" is a poignant image capturing the emotion of a father and daughter gazing thoughtfully across the waves. While standing side by side, a sense of distance surrounds them - the ocean is a metaphor for the space between, separating their worlds. The ocean breathes calmly around them, echoing timeless cycles that continue with or without us. But for this moment, they stand united in solitude together, filling the space between with love, if not with words. The image offers a glimpse into the personal journeys of two individuals bonded by blood yet also drifting on their currents - itself a meditation on relations, inner lives, and the spots where they still find a connection.

So it must mean that it is symbolic of the will, the spirit of one of them or both, to conquer their differences, to “get together” in ways not obvious to others. I think that except for extreme cases when rapprochement is not feasible, there is a way to bridge the gap so that the physical distance within two lives is abolished by each of them “hearing the other” on a common healing wave-length of their own.
And perhaps it is never too late to do so, even when the visible side of it is no longer present, yet easier on the one left behind when fences get mended before that separation. This is a poignant image I hope will mean something special enough to you to add it to your pictorial memories.
